By engaging Peak Leather Restoration and Repair, LLC ("Peak Leather," "we," "us") for services, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this site.
Peak Leather provides leather restoration, repair, customization and cleaning services across automotive, furniture, fashion and equestrian leather goods. Services are provided by appointment only, either at our location or on-site at the customer's location; location service fees may apply.
Any pricing given before an in-person or photo assessment is an estimate only. Final pricing is confirmed after we've inspected the item and identified the full scope of work required. Some damage may only become apparent once work has begun.
You represent that you own the item(s) you bring to us for service, or have authority to have work performed on them. We take reasonable care of all items in our possession, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear not disclosed at drop-off, nor for issues that arise from the inherent condition of aged or deteriorated leather.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or estimate. Full or partial payment may be required before work begins on larger projects. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at booking.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Leather is a natural material, and its response to restoration, dye matching, cleaning or repair can vary based on age, prior treatment, and manufacturing. We will give you an honest assessment of what's achievable, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match or a specific cosmetic outcome on every piece.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Leather's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Peak Leather Restoration and Repair, LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
